4.A. TRACKING YOUR PROGRESS
Our Completion Bar tracks your progress through Empathos courses, noting when you’ve finished each learning element. This bar will not progress until you have completed a full learning element.
4.B. COMPLETION BAR NOT WORKING
If you’ve finished a unit or learning element of our training and don’t see the Completion Bar tracking to reflect this, it’s likely you have not viewed all slides and completed all activities within any given unit. So the unit will not mark “complete” unless it truly has been completed by you.
Try relaunching the unit in question, navigate to the activities only and finish all aspects of each, then recheck the Completion Bar. You can also close out of our training website, and relaunch, and the completion bar will likely move forward to accurately reflect your current status in the training.
4.C. TAKING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT
Once you’re done taking all learning elements in an Empathos training, you need to take and pass the Learner Final Assessment to receive a completed status. Can’t find the Assessment to launch it? See above screen shot of where to find it. You will need to score at least 70 out a possible 100 points to pass the assessment.
4.D. DIDN’T PASS THE FINAL ASSESSMENT: NOW WHAT?
If you’ve taken the Learner Final Assessment but failed it on the first try, you can take it again—and as many times as you need to until you pass it. To relaunch the assessment, click on the arrow at right on the VIEW button next to the course title, and you’ll see “Assessment (post).” You can launch it from there and retake it. Good luck with earning a passing score!
4.E. WANT TO REVIEW PORTIONS OF THE TRAINING EVEN AFTER YOU’VE COMPLETED IT?
Reviewing the in-session videos or slide data may be beneficial to you as you begin applying the CAMS Framework to treat patients with suicidal ideation. Feel free to go back into the training at any time during the duration of your license (most typically, one year) to view any content you wish. See HERE for where to access the training after you’ve completed it.
4.F. LOCATING AND DOWNLOADING YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Once you’ve completed all 8 learning elements comprising this training, and have taken and passed the Learner Final Assessment, you receive “Completed” status. To download your Certificate of Completion, sign into our training site, go to MY LEARNING, and your Certificate will be under the MY TRANSCRIPT sidebar at right on this user interface. You can convert the file to a pdf and download it if you wish.
