3.A. GET TO KNOW OUR PLAYER
Our training plays within the Empathos Multimedia Player that is robust, intuitive and easy-to-use. The Empathos Player includes:
VOLUME CONTROL: For setting volume at a level you prefer. You can also adjust volume controls on your computer or mobile device.
NEXT/BACK/PAUSE CONTROLLER: To navigate through our courses.
SIDEBAR: Explore the sidebar at left that contains tabs for course MENU and RESOURCES.
EYEBROW: Want to be reminded of which unit of the course you’re currently in? Just glance at the eyebrow at the top of the player to orient yourself within the course.
3.B. LEAVE NOW, COME BACK LATER
Empathos courses will automatically “bookmark” where you leave off, so when you relaunch a learning element or unit of our course, you can pick up where you left off—or go back to the beginning, whatever your preference.
3.C. NO FAST PASSES
Empathos online trainings are in a “restricted” navigation mode to ensure you view all components in appropriate order. You can navigate BACK but will not be able to navigate forward to NEXT until the current slide has finished playing. Once you have viewed the entire unit, you can then revisit it as you wish and then navigate freely between BACK and NEXT controllers.
